TransferCRM brings bookings, dispatch, your drivers and electronic invoicing into one calm workspace — built in Europe for noleggio con conducente and chauffeur operators, in 10 languages, with no per-ride fees.
Most NCC operators juggle bookings, drivers and invoices across a dozen tools. TransferCRM replaces the patchwork with one system made for how you actually work.
Requests arrive by phone, email, WhatsApp and web form — and get lost between them. One inbox, one calendar, zero double-bookings.
Electronic invoicing and the Italian SDI shouldn't mean re-typing every ride into a separate portal. Generate compliant invoices straight from the booking.
Tools built for US limos ignore how an NCC really operates and charge a fee on every ride. TransferCRM is built in Europe and priced as a flat subscription.
Bookings, dispatch, drivers, invoicing and your own booking widget — no add-ons, no per-ride charges.
Take a reservation, assign the right vehicle and driver, and see the whole day at a glance. Recurring jobs and airport runs handled without the spreadsheet.
Your chauffeurs get the day's rides, navigation, passenger details and status updates on their phone — iOS and Android, in their own language.
Let clients request or book a transfer directly from your website with instant pricing. Your brand, your prices, no marketplace in the middle.
Issue electronic invoices that meet Italian SDI requirements straight from each ride, with VAT handled and a clean record for your accountant.
Add a flight number and pickup times adjust to real arrivals automatically, with name-board and terminal details passed to the driver.
Run several brands from one account and give corporate clients their own portal for bookings, history and invoices.
Per-vehicle authorisations, the drivers' register, service sheets, RENT — Italy's framework demands documentation. The system produces it by itself.
NCC work rests on framework law 21/1992: the authorisation is issued by the municipality and tied to a single vehicle, an operating base (rimessa) in the territory is required, and every driver must be enrolled in the register held by the Chamber of Commerce. Since 2025 the national electronic register of taxi and NCC firms (RENT) is operational too.
The Constitutional Court (ruling 56/2020) clarified that with consecutive bookings, back-to-back services are lawful without returning to base after each ride. The service sheet remains mandatory in its contents — vehicle, driver, times, kilometres, client — while the centralised electronic format keeps evolving after the TAR Lazio annulled decree DM 226/2024.
The soundest strategy doesn't change with decrees: record today, for every ride, all the data any future format will ask for.
General information, not legal advice — the municipality, the Chamber of Commerce and current law prevail.
