By creating an account or using TransferCRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TransferCRM is a cloud-based SaaS platform for managing chauffeur and VIP transfer operations. The service includes booking management, dispatch, fleet tracking, client CRM, invoicing, and related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into TransferCRM. We process your data solely to provide the service. You can export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.
We target 99.9% uptime for the TransferCRM platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Stripe, Google Maps, Pusher).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
TransferCRM is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where the data controller is established.
