How this calculator thinks

It builds a cost floor the way dispatch-side accountants do: fuel for the full round trip (the empty return leg is real), chauffeur time door-to-door (not just the ride), plus per-ride shares of the vehicle and company overhead. Your margin goes on top of the floor — established EU operators typically land 60–120% above it for point-to-point airport work.

Put these prices to work

In TransferCRM, price lists like this live per vehicle class and client — and every quote, booking widget request and invoice uses them automatically. No more per-ride mental arithmetic.

Frequently asked questions

What should I count as chauffeur cost per hour?
The full employer cost of a duty hour: gross wage or contractor invoice plus social contributions, divided by realistically billable hours. Counting the net wage is the most common way operators underprice without noticing.
Why does the calculator double the distance?
Because the vehicle drives back. Unless you reliably chain a return job, the empty leg burns the same fuel and time as the paid one — a 35 km transfer is 70 km of vehicle movement, and the price has to carry it.
What margin should I aim for?
Established EU operators typically price point-to-point airport work 60–120% above their cost floor, depending on market, vehicle class and how much included service (waiting time, meet & greet) the price carries. Below ~40% there is usually no buffer left for no-shows, delays and quiet months.
Are these results a recommendation for what to charge?
No — they are planning estimates built from your own inputs. Your market position, service level and local competition set the final price. The calculator's job is to make sure that price never quietly drops below your own cost.
