Software de taxi checo comparado (2026) — precios, comisiones, carencias

The Czech passenger-transport software market is small, price-sensitive and focused on street dispatch. Beneath the surface hide very different business models — flat subscriptions, per-driver licences, and ride commissions that grow with your success. Meanwhile the features a premium transfer company lives on — flight tracking, multilingual communication, corporate invoicing — barely exist locally. Here's the honest comparison with public price lists.

Transparency: TransferCRM (this site) is part of the comparison — we're biased. Competitor data comes from their public pages (August 2026), and for each tool we say who it genuinely fits — even when it isn't us.

Taxinity — the bundle with a commission worth calculating

Taxinity offers dispatch, a driver app and a customer app, SMS and e-receipts for CZK 1,950 a month (or CZK 21,000 yearly). The catch is the model: a ride commission comes on top — 10% for customers from their app, 2.5% for your own. The more you drive, the more the software costs.

For a taxi firm still building demand and taking customers from anywhere, the commission model can be an acceptable starting compromise. For an established company with its own clientele it's a growth tax — calculate it at your yearly volume before signing.

eDispečink — the widest languages on the local market

eDispečink bets on web dispatch with a map, a driver app, a branded customer app and an online form with price calculation. Pricing is public: CZK 599 per licence (3–9 drivers), CZK 499 per driver from ten up, modules at CZK 1,500; two-day rollout and the first month free. With Czech, Slovak, English, German and Hungarian it's linguistically the broadest local player.

Even so, the profile remains street-dispatch: flight tracking and corporate invoicing for international clientele aren't in the public offer.

Senset — dispatch without a dispatcher

Senset goes its own way: automatic dispatch where an order from phone, app or web flies straight to the nearest free driver — no human in the middle. With 62 taxi services and a thousand drivers across Czechia and Slovakia it's an established urban player; prices are on request and the profile is purely taxi.

TransferCRM — for carriers with international clientele

TransferCRM aims where local tools don't: airport transfers, hotels and corporate clients. Flight tracking with automatic pickup shifting ships in the core, the interface, driver app, booking widget and client communications run in ten languages (Czech included), price lists work by zone and by client, invoicing handles monthly consolidated corporate invoices — and payments go to YOUR own Stripe account with no ride commission. From €39/month, with public pricing and a 14-day trial.

How to choose — by company profile

  • Urban taxi service, street work: eDispečink (public prices, most languages) or Senset (automation without a dispatcher).
  • Starting out with small volume and app-sourced demand: Taxinity — but calculate the commission at your target volume, not today's.
  • Airport transfers, hotels, foreign and corporate clientele: TransferCRM — ten languages, flights, widget and consolidated invoices in one subscription.

Frequently asked questions

How much does taxi software cost in Czechia?

The local market runs roughly CZK 500–2,000 a month: eDispečink from CZK 499–599 per licence/driver, Taxinity CZK 1,950 plus ride commission, Senset on request. TransferCRM costs from €39/month with no commission. Always count the yearly total — per-driver licences, modules and above all ride percentages can flip the price list.

Is a ride commission a fair model?

It depends whose customer it is. Commission on demand the platform brings you is a marketing cost. Commission on your own clients' rides is a growth tax — at 2.5–10% it can outgrow the subscription itself at volume. Model it at your target volume.

Which software tracks flights?

None of the local tools in this comparison publicly mentions flight tracking. TransferCRM ships flight tracking with automatic pickup adjustment in the core product — for airport transfers, the feature that pays for the software.

Why bother with languages in Czechia?

Because the best-paying clientele — Prague airport transfers, hotels, congresses, foreign companies — often doesn't read Czech. Confirmations and a booking page in the guest's language raise conversion and cut no-shows; the local market ends at CS/SK/EN, TransferCRM covers ten languages natively.
