Software alemán de limusinas comparado (2026) — precios públicos

Germany's limousine and Mietwagen software market is solid but conservative: price lists often on request, websites from another era, and "everything in German" marketed as a feature in places — while a premium chauffeur service's clientele has long booked internationally. Here's the comparison of the relevant vendors, with public prices where they exist.

Transparency: TransferCRM (this site) is part of the comparison — we're a party to it. That's why competitor prices and features come from their public pages (August 2026), and for each tool we say who it genuinely fits — including when the answer isn't us.

The essentials in one table (public price lists and product pages, August 2026)

LimouWEB & LimouERP (2S) — the incumbent with flight checking

The 2S product family — LimouWEB (cloud), LimouSOLUTION and LimouERP — is the most established solution for German limousine and chauffeur services, by its own account used by 70+ companies in six EU countries. The strengths are real: real-time flight checking, a driver app with automatic time capture, a booking portal with price calculation and card payment, GNet partner-network integration and a tamper-proof order register. Public prices exist for LimouWEB: €59/month (Economy) or €79/month (Business) plus VAT; LimouSOLUTION and LimouERP are quote-only.

The limits: languages stop at German and English, the booking portal is a separate portal rather than an embeddable widget for your own website, and the bigger products are negotiated without a price list.

FÄPP+ — the dispatch classic, on request

FÄPP+ pairs a desktop application for dispatchers with a web app for drivers, serving taxi and Mietwagen operations alike. Notable: the digital order register in the sense of the PBefG documentation duty, recurring orders for regular clients, Lexware Office export and even a finance module with double-entry accounting. Price: on request, three months' free trial, monthly cancellable.

No end-client online booking, no flight checking, no multilingual support — FÄPP+ is a back-office tool, not a client-acquisition one.

DrivePartner — the price-breaker with a booking site

DrivePartner is the cheapest entry in the field: €29.90/month plus VAT (up to 3 drivers) or €39.90 with no driver limit — including a booking website with your own domain, the iXride app and a partner exchange. For a small operation that wants to be bookable online fast, it's an honest package.

Missing, however, are flight checking and multilingual support — for airport transfers with international guests, exactly the two points margin and service quality hang on.

Fahrdienstsoftware.de — §49 focus, deliberately German-only

The fahrdienstsoftware.de solution targets Mietwagen, transport services and medical rides under §49 PBefG: dispatch, a driver app with push, recurring rides, shift plans and fleet management, from €79/month for up to three vehicles, first 30 rides free. "Everything in German, hosted in Germany" is explicitly marketed as an advantage.

For medical and municipal transport that focus makes sense. For a limousine service with hotel and corporate clientele, "German only" isn't a strength — it's the description of the gap.

TransferCRM — for chauffeur services with international clients

TransferCRM starts where the German market stops: interface, driver app, booking widget and client communications run in ten languages, flight tracking with automatic pickup shifting ships in the core product, and payments run on YOUR own Stripe account — no per-ride markup. Price lists per vehicle class and client, invoicing including consolidated corporate invoices, from €39/month, 14 days free, no setup fee.

And on §49: every order is born as an electronically documented, timestamped booking — exactly the documentation form the law explicitly allows ("including via an app-based system"), including the evidence for lawful follow-on rides. It's our product — test these claims in the live demo rather than on our say-so.

How to choose — by operating profile

  • Established German operation, GNet partner work matters: The 2S family (LimouWEB/ERP) — flight checking and the network live there.
  • Small operation, bookable online fast, small budget: DrivePartner — booking site included, honest entry price.
  • Pure back-office dispatch, accounting focus: FÄPP+ — register, recurring orders and the finance module.
  • Airport transfers, hotels, international corporate clients: TransferCRM — ten languages, flight tracking, widget and consolidated invoicing in one subscription.

Frequently asked questions

How much does limousine service software cost?

Public German prices range from €29.90/month plus VAT (DrivePartner) through €59–79 (LimouWEB) to €79 for three vehicles (fahrdienstsoftware.de); FÄPP+ and the larger 2S products quote on request. TransferCRM starts at €39/month with no setup fee. Always compare total cost: subscription plus modules plus any fees.

Which software checks flights in real time?

In the German field only the 2S family documents real-time flight checking; DrivePartner, FÄPP+ and fahrdienstsoftware.de declare none. TransferCRM ships flight tracking with automatic pickup adjustment in the core product.

Does a CRM satisfy the §49 PBefG documentation duty?

§49(4) PBefG requires recording the receipt of every transport order in books or electronically — explicitly "including via an app-based system" — retained for one year. A CRM with a timestamp per booking is precisely that documentation form; what matters is that the history exports completely.

Is German-only software enough for a limousine service?

For dispatch, yes — for the clientele, rarely: hotel guests, trade-fair visitors and international corporate clients expect confirmations and booking flows in their language. The German market stops at German/English; TransferCRM covers ten languages natively.
