Cabman (Euphoria) — the established name of the BCT era
Cabman has been the standard for years: a modular dispatch centre, automatic planning and the Cabman MDT — a driver terminal with built-in taximeter, born of the on-board computer duty. The dispatch centre has no public price; the MDT is available via resellers from roughly €19.50–35 per month depending on term.
With NL, EN, DE and Scandinavian languages, Cabman is surprisingly multilingual for this market. A booking widget for your own site and flight tracking don't appear in the public product information — and the hardware legacy is no advantage in the CDT era.
taxiID — the full package with a widget
taxiID delivers planning with track & trace, a driver app, a passenger app and a booking widget for your website — one of the few in this field. Invoicing and client-organisation integrations are included; references like the Utrecht taxi centre underline the scale.
Prices aren't public and the site is Dutch-only — for a company with international guests, multilingualism remains the question mark.
Neone Tamis — the widely-used all-rounder, CDT-ready
Tamis belongs to the most-used packages in the Netherlands: planning and dispatch, online reservations, reporting and the Mobitab-CDT — digital ride registration replacing the on-board computer. Neone is among the first to make the CDT transition productive.
Here too: no public prices, no flight tracking in the product information, and an offer aimed at the domestic taxi market rather than premium transport with foreign clientele.
Rittenservice and Taxi-CDT — the transparent budget picks
Rittenservice is one of the few that simply publishes prices — €25, €49 or €99 per month — for planning, an any-device app, online booking and time records. Taxi-CDT is the new wave: CDT registration, dispatch and admin in one app from €15.99 per month, aimed at solo drivers and small fleets.
Both are honestly priced and domestically oriented; flight tracking, multilingualism and corporate invoicing sit outside their scope.

No — the transition period runs until 1 January 2028; after that, ride registration goes exclusively via the Central Taxi Transport Database, and with continuous automatic delivery no specific device is required. Ride registration becomes a software choice; verify current CDT requirements with the ILT.
Which software has flight tracking?
None of the Dutch players in this comparison mentions flight tracking in its public product information. TransferCRM ships flight tracking with automatic pickup adjustment in the core product — for airport work, the difference between waiting and being on time.
Why multilingualism for a Dutch transport company?
